For clothes recycling in Punggol, use the current bin map or location list linked from Cloop’s donation page. Check the chosen location before carrying bags over; this guide does not assume an old collection point is still operating.
Cloop’s yellow bins accept clean, dry, reusable clothes, bags, shoes, accessories, bedsheets and towels. Check the full accepted-items list for anything else. Curtains, blankets, pillows, luggage, furniture and books are among the items currently excluded.
Pack accepted donations in tied bags within 50 × 50 centimetres and no more than 7 kilograms per bag. Put bags inside the yellow bin, not beside it. If the bin is full, take your bags away and use Cloop’s reporting instructions.

Choose a location before packing
Open the operator’s map from the official donation page and inspect the location details. Plan from your own Punggol block rather than choosing a destination only because its name sounds nearby.
For a family clear-out, make one manageable trip first. It is easier to adjust the plan with a small bag than with a car full of unsorted items.

Separate textiles from other donations
Use the current accepted-items list to decide which pile belongs in the yellow bin. White Cloop collection boxes have different quality requirements and are intended for local circulation.
Keep a separate bag for items that need another route. This avoids discovering at the bin that a mixture of clothes, books and household objects cannot all go in together.

Prepare a bag you can handle
Check that items are clean and completely dry before tying the bag. Keep the label or a note of what is inside if several family members are helping.
Leave yourself room to carry the bag comfortably and put it through the opening. Splitting a large load can make the trip easier without changing what the operator accepts.

Photograph the full bin and its ID, then follow the reporting contact shown on Cloop’s donation page. Do not leave donations exposed outside the bin.
Bring the bag home and decide whether to return later or use another listed point. Completing the clear-out responsibly includes having a plan for an unsuccessful drop-off.
