The People’s Association One Punggol hub page includes music studios among One Punggol Community Club’s facilities. To ask about rehearsal or practice use, contact the CC and describe the activity you want to arrange.
One Punggol CC’s official onePA listing gives 6600 5292 and pa_onepunggolcc@pa.gov.sg. Its office address is 1 Punggol Drive, #04-05, Singapore 828629; ask for the studio’s precise location separately.
The listing gives a 10am–6pm counter-service window, not a confirmed music-studio timetable. Ask whether your intended use is bookable, what equipment is provided, which slots are available and what the total charge would be before confirming a rehearsal.

Describe the intended activity
Say whether you need individual instrumental practice, a small-group rehearsal or another music activity. Include the number of participants, instruments and preferred session length.
For example: “We are a small acoustic group looking for a rehearsal space on this date. Is a suitable studio available, and what conditions apply?” This gives staff a clear starting point.
Check what the studio provides
Request a current equipment list for the room you are considering. Ask about instruments, amplification, stands, seating and any connection needs relevant to your activity.
Do not assume a music studio includes recording facilities or every instrument. If you plan to bring equipment, ask about permitted items, setup arrangements and where cases should be stored.
Confirm the correct booking route
Ask the CC whether the room is available for your proposed use and how a reservation is made. Follow the route staff provide and check the facility name before paying.
A course registration and a room reservation are different arrangements. Clarify whether you are booking independent practice or joining an organised programme.
Understand the charge and conditions
Request the session price, any deposit and the amount of setup or clearing time included. Ask about cancellation, date changes and responsibilities for equipment.
If more people join later, check whether the reservation still fits the room’s approved use. Share the agreed conditions with every participant so the group follows one plan.
Prepare for arrival and handover
Get the studio entrance, access instructions and contact for the session. Agree on a meeting time that allows the group to set up within its allocated period.
